Purpose and Ownership

This privately run reference has no government authority. It stores no official jail, court, release, or inmate records and cannot confirm custody, release a person, post bond, or file a request with an agency for you.

Its pages point to Attala County, Leake County, MDOC, court, supervision, and federal resources. Some search features connect visitors with independent research providers.

Acceptable Use Rules

• Do not use the site in violation of any law.
• Do not use information to stalk, harass, intimidate, or threaten anyone.
• Do not rely on site content for hiring, housing, lending, insurance, or another regulated decision.
• Do not try to gain access to restricted systems or accounts.
• Do not operate bots, scrapers, or automated extraction tools.
• Do not interfere with access, performance, security, or another visitor's use.

No Consumer Reports

We are not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. We do not issue background checks, credit reports, or consumer reports, and neither the site nor its advertising partners offers a screening service. You agree not to use any site or linked-tool information for:

• Tenant selection, housing access, or lease decisions
• Creditworthiness, lending, or insurance pricing
• Licensing, permits, or eligibility for a government benefit

No Warranties

The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant:

• That information is accurate, complete, or current
• Continuous or uninterrupted availability
• Freedom from errors, bugs, or security flaws
• Complete or useful results from a search partner

Custody status, office details, and public records can change without notice. Nothing published here is an official statement by the Attala Sheriff, Leake facility, MDOC, a court, or any government agency.

Limits on Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Attala County Released Inmates and its operators are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or other damages arising from access to, use of, or inability to use the site or linked services.

Your Duty to Indemnify

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the site and its operators from claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable legal fees arising from your use, misuse, or violation of these terms.

Ownership of Site Materials

Original text, graphics, logos, design elements, and code belong to Attala County Released Inmates or its content partners. You may not copy, distribute, publish, or modify them without prior written permission, except where law allows otherwise.

Revisions to These Terms

We may revise these terms at any time. A new version takes effect when it is posted on this page.

Suspension of Access

We may restrict, suspend, or end access at any time, for any reason, and without advance notice.

Mississippi Governing Law

Mississippi law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute must be filed in a court with proper jurisdiction in Mississippi.

Severability

If a court finds one provision invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in force. The affected language will be limited or adjusted only as much as needed to make it enforceable.
